Dr. Youlio is the Founder and CEO of ARDY Consulting. She is a Keynote Speaker and serves on the Advisory Boards of the University of South Florida, College of Business and Nvolve (an organization preparing women for science, technology, engineering, and health careers). She understands that growth isn’t just about getting to the next level, it is also about enjoyment, fulfillment and embracing the journey.

Dr. Youlio has 30+ years of clinical and leadership experience with an extensive background in training, strategic planning, and project management. She has a wide breadth of knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. In addition, she served as a pharmacy subject matter expert to government programs and provided clinical expertise and support to law enforcement.

Dr. Youlio received her BS, Pharmacy from Rutgers University, and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Shenandoah University.
